The R&D department is divided into two departments, the international department and the domestic department. The international R&D department is a product R&D department based on the needs of foreign men, while the domestic product R&D department is based on the needs of Chinese men. , The refined department setting makes the R&D division of labor more clear, and provides guarantee for production and research innovation and process quality.

 

In order to better provide more suitable grooming products for Chinese men, OKWILL joined hands with Provincial Lion in January 2022 to accumulate data through big data analysis and customer service interaction with consumers, conduct market research, trend analysis, and conduct detailed research. When potential market opportunities were found, the brand was sorted out, and a brand-new design was carried out from brand positioning to product strategy, brand marketing and brand design, and brand vision, and the company officially completed its 0-1 launch in the country.
